An add-on for Enhanced Celestials increasing Enderman Spawns

During the rare Ender Moon event, the weight of endermen spawns will be greatly increased, and during a Super Ender Moon, all mob spawns will increase by a large amount as well, leading to a world overrun by Endermen.
