Ender Arm

Cleanup.
Added Support shape so things like levers don't pop off.
Made neighbor updates work.
Fixed redstone signal propagation from neighbors due to some oddities with how it's defined by default.
Blocked Large drip leaf via `do_not_replace` tag due to checks for other leaf.
Fixed small drip leaf from popping off.
Hard code out door swapping as they require the other part to exist or they break and dupe. Doesn't seem fixable other than altering the door code, thus isn't worth while. Just open the dammed thing.
