End Relay

Adds a new portal to give travel directly from the End to the Overworld and Nether

End Relay

End Relay gives the End dimension its own portal network, just like the Nether already has to the Overworld.

Build a portal out of purpur blocks inside the End and light it with flint and steel to open a direct link to the Nether. Build one out of end stone instead, and it opens straight to the Overworld. Both portals use the same frame rules, sizing, and activation as a vanilla Nether portal, so if you already know how to build one, you already know how to build these.

Features

  • Purpur portals link the End to the Nether at an 8:1 coordinate ratio, matching the existing Nether to Overworld relationship.
  • End stone portals link the End to the Overworld at a 16:1 coordinate ratio, since the End is the outermost dimension in this setup.
  • Both portal types work in both directions. Build one in the End, and a matching portal is generated on the other side automatically, just like vanilla Nether portals.
  • Existing Overworld to Nether obsidian portals and the vanilla End Portal are completely untouched. This is a new option, not a replacement.
  • Coordinate ratios are configurable through a settings screen if Cloth Config and Mod Menu are installed, or by editing the config file directly.
  • Compatible with Jade, showing which dimension each portal leads to when you look at it.
  • Compatible with Immersive Portals, so these portals can render as see through instead of the flat swirl if that mod is installed.

  • Fabric API

Optional
