Important: requires End Reborn and Chrysalis

Adds several variants of Steel gear for use with End Reborn. These sets return from the original Endgame Reborn, and were cut from the main mod to ensure it reached its goal of staying true to vanilla. All variants have the same defense/damage/speed so these new sets moreso provide playstyle choices and variety.

The Steel gear variants forged by crafting Remnant with other resources each have their unique differences. In order to discover the recipes, simply progress in the mod and begin to obtain its base resources and you will find that the smithing and crafting recipes reveal themselves to you.

Reinforced Steel Gear

tough and reliable

Gilded Steel Gear

well-suited for fiery environments
crafted using remnant scrap and gold ingots
doesn’t burn in lava
armour pacifies piglins
has slightly higher durability
repaired with netherite (scrap/ingot)

Forgotten Steel Gear

durable and resistant
crafted using remnant scrap and shulker shells
armour has knockback resistance
tools have slightly higher durability
gear takes longer to despawn
repaired with shulker shells

Fractured Steel Gear

well-suited for enchanting, crafted and renewed using amethyst shards
crafted using remnant scrap and amethyst shards
has slightly higher durability
has a much higher enchantability rating (25)
repaired with amethyst shards

Sculk Steel Gear

powerful, sturdy gear acquired using the rare resources of ancient cities
crafted using remnant scrap and echo shards
armour has much higher durability
tools have a high chance to extract a small amount of XP from blocks and mobs when used
repaired with echo shards

Lost Steel Gear

forged and fueled with a mysterious power, this enhanced steel refuses to decay
crafted using remnant scrap and experience bottles
doesn't despawn when dropped
has a slightly higher enchantability (20)
repaired with experience bottles

Farmer's Delight Compatability

built-in Farmer's Delight support with knife variants for all aforementioned gear
