End Aspected

Introduces the item Aspect of the End (Inspired by Hypixel Skyblock's Aspect of the End) with my own personal twist. Includes upgrades to the sword, some effects and blocks that affect teleporting entities and new enchants. Cooldowns and ranges are configurable in the end_aspected.toml file in the config folder.

Notice:

• Unless there are a lot of requests, I do not plan to keep working on 1.19.2

• I have updated this mod to a more minimal version, stripping it down to its bare components, the main reason for this is that the workload is huge and my vision was too ambitious. I feel like I won't be able to release a quality mod if I spread myself too thin. This might change in the future. Furthermore, I have developed an appreciation for lighter but meticulously crafted mods and intend to adopt a similar philosophy in the future.

Items:

• Aspect Shard: Crafting ingredient dropped by Endermen.
• Aspect of The End: Diamond sword that teleports 6 blocks on right click. Too many teleports in a row will give the Unstable Phase effect.
• Netherforged Aspect of The End: Upgrades Aspect of The End with the attack power of a netherite sword and half the cooldown time.
• Dragonforged Aspect of The End: Upgrades Netherforged Aspect of The End with higher attack power than a netherite sword and no cooldown.
• Shulker Wand: Shoots Shulker Bullets with levitation effect.
• Aspected Arrow: Teleports before the target the player is looking at when fired. Crafted with Aspect Shards instead of flint.

Cooldowns and ranges are configurable.

1.20.1 Smithing Upgrades

• Aspect Upgrade: Craftable with 8 Stone and 1 Aspect Shard. Used to upgrade a Diamond Sword to Aspect of The End.
• Dragonforge Upgrade: Found in End Cities (not End Ships). Used to upgrade from Netherforged to Dragonforged.
• Netherforged variant obtained with the vanilla Netherite Upgrade.

Blocks:

• Ender Trap: Traps teleporting Endermen, Shulker and Players in a 32 block range by teleporting them on top of the block. Obtained by right-clicking on a Lodestone with an Aspect Shard (1.19.4), or by crafting with 4 Aspect Shards and a Lodestone (1.16.5). [Reintroduced to core version! (1.19.4, 1.16.5)]

Enchantments:

• Ender Slayer: Additional damage to End mobs. (Enderman, Shulker, Endermite, Phantom, Ender Dragon).
• Destabilise: Inflicts Unstable Phase potion effect.

Potion Effects:

• Unstable Phase: Afflicted entity takes damage whenever they try to teleport.

Entities:

- Voidling: can randomly spawn when teleporting, will furiously attack Endermen. [Removed from core version]

Other functionalities:

• Weaponsmith Villagers can trade items related to the mod.

Future Development:

• Fabric port
• Functionalities that have been removed to lighten the mod may be included in an extended version of the mod at some point in the future. These include partly developed but never released features: a new boss fight and dimension, new trees, new items.
