Enchiridion 1.2a
• Will not crash on load if no icon is specified
• Will no longer crash if a book is no longer installed
• Fix crash with icons in debug mode, missed a file seperator
• Fix Custom Icon, and normal icon rendering of books in debug mode.
• Debug mode now affects server and client side
• Can now specify alias='false' in text values to make books use the unicode font instead.
