Forge E2E Fix

  • Fixed: Forge smoke tests crashed on launch - the mod jars were missing pack.mcmeta, so FML collected a "Missing metadata in pack mod:enchantpeak" mod loading warning and (with showLoadWarnings=true) displayed a LoadingErrorScreen, which the mc-runtime-test harness treats as a hard failure
  • Added: pack.mcmeta to both Forge builds with per-MC-version pack_format expansion (8/9/15/18/22/34 for 1.18.2 ~ 1.21.1) in processResources
  • Fixed: PACK_FORMATS_BY_MC declaration in build.gradle (Groovy script-level final, not static)
  • Verified: forge-1.20.1 (FG6) and forge-1.21 (FG7) headless smoke both pass; crash-reports/debug.log are now uploaded with the e2e log artifact for future diagnostics
