You know you want this!
Prepare to enter the dark side as you suddenly get the power to move your enchants off your tool etc and onto a book.
Yes, and with that book you can then use an Anvil and freshly enchant another tool!
Create an Enchantment Transferer.
Place your enchanted tool, a blank book and some Amethyst shards to power it.
Ta daa!
You have now transferred all your enchants from your old tool to a nice freshly enchanted book!
Yes this is totally overpowered. But hey!
