Enchanting Paper is a small mod that does one thing: it lets you take an enchanted book apart and put it back together.
Each page carries exactly one level of one enchantment. When binding, same-name levels add up; if the total would exceed the enchantment's max level, the recipe simply doesn't match — nothing is silently dropped. Cutting costs 1 shears durability, binding costs 1 leather, and nothing else is needed: a vanilla crafting table is the whole setup.
