What's new

Minor tweaks and improved control for certain enchantment effects.

• Tomes - While using a tome with the Dash, Launch, or Blink Step effect, you can crouch while using the tome to avoid movement.
• Wands - The Heal effect has been altered to only heal targets if you are crouching when you fire the projectile. This allows Heal wands to be used normally, and only heal targets when you want. Healing a target will also spawn some particles for visual feedback.
