Enchant Detacher 2.0.0

• Redesigned the block to resemble an enchanting table while keeping its own colors and details. The floating book now uses the vanilla enchanting table animation.
• Added Remove mode to permanently remove one selected enchantment without creating a book. A confirmation screen is enabled by default and can be turned off in Client Settings.
• Added experience level costs to both extraction and removal. Server owners can choose a fixed cost or a variable cost of 1–3 levels.
• Added in-game Client Settings and Server Settings screens. Server cost settings can be changed by players with operator permission level 2 or higher.
• Fixed an issue where equipment with several enchantments could remove a different enchantment from the one selected.
• Improved the interface with cost and setting tooltips, and added French translations alongside English and Japanese.

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.x. Install the mod on both the client and server.

• ブロックの見た目を刷新しました。エンチャントテーブルに似た形を保ちつつ、独自の色と装飾で見分けられるようにしています。浮いている本には、バニラのエンチャントテーブルと同じアニメーションを使用しています。
• 選んだエンチャントを本にせず消す「削除モード」を追加しました。削除前の確認画面は初期設定でオンになっており、クライアント設定からオフにできます。
• 抽出と削除に経験値レベルのコストを追加しました。サーバー側で、固定コストまたは1～3レベルの可変コストを選べます。
• MOD一覧から開けるクライアント設定・サーバー設定画面を追加しました。サーバー設定は権限レベル2以上のプレイヤーが変更できます。
• 複数のエンチャントが付いた装備で、選んだものと違うエンチャントが外れる問題を修正しました。
• コストや設定項目のツールチップを追加し、英語・日本語に加えてフランス語に対応しました。

対応環境：Minecraft 1.21.1、NeoForge 21.1.x。クライアントとサーバーの両方に導入してください。
