EnableMultiplayerMode

Re-enable multiplayer mode for players under 18!

Some players and developers found that when logging into the 1.16.4/5 game using an microsoft account with its age set under 18, players could not enter multiplayer mode or chat in multiplayer games.

This mod provides a simple fix for this situation.
