Emperor Eye

"I am absolute."

Akashi Seijuro's Emperor Eye, brought to Minecraft. Open the eye and everything in front of you is already beaten — mobs crumple where they stand, you cut through a crowd and leave it on the floor, and when a killing blow finally comes, it simply is not allowed to land.

No third-party libraries. Just Forge.

Awakening

Craft the Eye of Akashi, hold it, and right click.

A window opens showing your own face, blown up. Mark where your eyes are — the mod fits the Emperor Eye into exactly those pixels, so it lands correctly on any skin, not just the default one.

Area mode — paint a region, the eye centres itself in it.
Cube mode — click one cube, the eye lands exactly there.

Confirm, and the artifact dissolves into you. The eye is yours permanently; you never carry the item again. A second one does nothing.

One eye burns red, the other gold.

Recipe — netherite ingots in the corners, eyes of ender on the sides, a nether star in the middle.

Abilities

Emperor Eye — `R`

Open the eye. Anything you look at directly is struck with Terror: it collapses to the ground, loses its target, and cannot attack at all while it is down. Works on mobs and, if the server allows it, on other players.

Ankle Break — `G`

Two cuts, not one. You shift hard to one side and snap back across to the other, leaving a crimson streak along the ground behind you. Everyone caught between the two lines ends up Ankle Broken — floored, unable to swing, and taking extra damage.

The Zone — `V`

Akashi at full output. Faster, hitting far harder, swinging quicker, and while it lasts:

75% chance to slip any incoming attack entirely
immune to harmful effects — and entering the Zone burns off whatever was already on you
everything around you moves slower
a crimson shockwave on entry, and the eye burns brighter for the duration

Absolute Victory — passive

Never needs to be pressed.

Hostile mobs near you are weakened
Your attacks land critical hits far more often, more so inside the Zone
When a hit would drop you to your last few hearts, it is cancelled outright and you become untouchable for 10 seconds

Design notes

Everything you see is rendered geometry — the eye layer on the player model, the dash tracer, the Zone aura, the shockwave. There is not a single particle effect in this mod, deliberately: nothing ever clutters your crosshair or hides what you are aiming at.

The eye art is generated at runtime from the mask you drew, at eight texels per skin pixel, so it stays crisp pixel art at any size and never stretches.

Configuration

Everything is tunable in config/emperoreye-common.toml — cooldowns, durations, gaze range and cone angle, dash speed and angle, the Zone's dodge chance and debuff immunity, the passive's crit chance and health threshold, and whether the gaze affects other players at all.

Languages

English and Russian. The mod follows your Minecraft language setting: Russian if the game is set to Russian, English for everything else.
