What's new

fix: fall back to Minecraft RecipeMap for JEI smithing recipes

When JEI's recipe manager is empty in single-player, Apotheosis smithing recipes (UnnamingRecipe, MaliceRecipe, etc.) were not picked up. Concatenate Minecraft's RecipeMap as a fallback and remove empty-output smithing recipes that have no replacement.
