Emergency Teleportation

Teleporter item that teleports you a short distance when you are cornered.
- Powerup that is craftable using some nether/end items that allows you to teleport a short distance forward.
- You can upgrade this item to have a larger radius of effect.
- There is a cooldown between uses. Teleportation can move across gaps but is blocked by walls. (The system first searches as far forwards as possible then moves downwards.)
- Game mechanic inspired by Dark Deception (a horror game from Glowstick Entertainment).
