Hotfix for 1.4.5.

• Fixed the world map losing the whole overlay - no town outlines, no squaremap layer - while the minimap kept working. Switching the map world made Xaero rebuild its map screen, which the mod read as the map being reopened, so it switched again, and again. Xaero was left showing a dimension the overlay could not draw over.
• If you are on 1.4.5 and hit this, pressing Xaero's own dimension button back to the Overworld, or restarting, clears it.
• Archive mode can now load the Moon's own history rather than always reading Terra Nostra's.
