Embers Rekindled

Added soft particles, this means that particles from embers now gradually fade out when clipping through geometry instead of showing a hard line where they clip
Added a way for resource packs to change the various colors of ember particles to make visual overhauls more viable
Added a config to change how many millibuckets a nugget is worth in the fluid tooltips

The hearth coil is now faster when its above its normal max heat
Particles now look a bit better in fanulous graphics mode, fancy is still the recommended setting for playing with embers

Fixed crash when the hearth coil is made too fast with the config
Fixed transfers not displaying their filter after switching dimensions
Fixed repair recipes showing up when another mod adds a broken ingredient for them
Fixed anvils producing the wrong amount of items when breaking down tools
