Elytra Speed Nerf

This mod adds a configurable way to either nerf or buff the speed of elytras, by changing the rate at which the player is slowed down by "Air Resistance".

The following values are taken as the Average gliding speed at a downward angle of 4 degrees:

0% ~ 3.019 Blocks/Second

100% ~ 13.495 Blocks/Second

200% ~ 24.839 Blocks/Second

You can go faster with rockets, but at lower and lower percentages, the speed at which you slow down, is drastically increased. So i would not recommend going below 50%.
