Elytra Slot Continued

What  this  is

A  small  data-only  add-on  for  //modrinth.com/mod/trinkets-updated" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">https://modrinth.com/mod/trinkets-updated" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Trinkets Updated  that  gives  Elytras  their  own  dedicated  Trinkets  slot  (chest/elytra),  so  you  can  wear  an  Elytra  and  a  chestplate  at  the  same  time.

That's  it.  That's  the  whole  mod.

What  it  actually  does

• Defines a chest/elytra slot and enables it for players
• Tags minecraft:elytra as an accepted item  for  that  slot
• Points  the  slot's  empty-icon  at  a  16×16  outline

There  are  no  mixins,  no  custom  flight  code,  and  no  new  items.  Trinkets  Updated  does  all  the  real  work  —  gliding,  durability,  rendering,  enchantments,  equipment  sync.  This  add-on  just  tells  it  where  the  Elytra  goes  and  what  the  empty  slot  should  look  like.

Requirements

• Minecraft  Java  Edition  26.2
• Fabric  Loader  0.19.3+  with  Fabric  API,  or  NeoForge  26.2
• Trinkets  Updated  4.1.0-beta.3+26.2  or  newer

One  JAR  covers  both  Fabric  and  NeoForge.

A  heads-up

If you have the separate "Trinkets Elytra Support" datapack/JAR installed, remove it — it uses the old chest/cape slot and will leave a stray cape slot next to this mod's  dedicated  Elytra  slot.
