added compatibility with reactive :

- earth and air to verdant and light on crucible

- all shards normal / powerful on crucible return empty shards normal / powerful

- element crystals droppend on crucible turn into inert crystals

-empty shards can be used on infusion to obtain elemental shards based on element used
