Adds the four elements and new blocks and items which don't exist in ElementarCraft
ElementarCraft 2 adds the four elements and new blocks and items which don't exist in ElementarCraft, such as the Energy Extracter and the Wind item.
The mod also adds the item/block form of water and lava, which got removed from Vanilla Minecraft 1.8.
