1. Definitions

• “Work” refers to the Elementals Addon project, including its source code, assets, documentation, and associated files.
• “Owner” refers to the original creator(s) and copyright holder(s) of the Work.
• “Derivative Work” refers to any modified, adapted, expanded, or redistributed version of the Work.
• “Modpack” refers to a collection of Minecraft mods distributed together without claiming ownership of the individual mods included.

2. Permission to Use and Learn

You are permitted to:

• Download and use the Work for personal or public gameplay.
• Study and learn from the source code and assets.
• Include the unmodified Work in Minecraft modpacks.
• Use small portions of the Work in your own projects with proper attribution.

All rights not explicitly granted by this license are reserved by the Owner.

3. Modpack Permission

You are allowed to include the unmodified Work in public or private Minecraft modpacks without requesting additional permission, provided that:

• Proper credit is given to Elementals Addon.
• The original download page or repository link is included whenever reasonably possible.
• The mod itself is not renamed or claimed as your own work.

This permission applies only to inclusion in modpacks and does NOT grant permission to redistribute modified versions of the Work.

4. Attribution Requirement

If you use any code, assets, or content from this Work, you must provide visible credit to the Owner and include a link to the original repository or download page.

Example attribution:

“Contains content derived from Elementals Addon.”

5. Restrictions

Without explicit written permission from the Owner, you may NOT:

• Redistribute modified versions of the Work
• Reupload the Work while claiming ownership
• Rename the Work and present it as your own project
• Publish public forks intended for redistribution
• Sell the Work or any Derivative Work
• Lock the Work or any Derivative Work behind paywalls
• Add pay-to-win mechanics, microtransactions, or in-game advertisements to the Work or Derivative Works
• Use the Work or any part of it for AI or machine-learning training purposes
• Claim the Work, in whole or in substantial part, as entirely your own

Donations are permitted as long as they do not provide gameplay advantages or restrict access to content.

6. Corporations and Commercial Use

Corporations, organizations, studios, or commercial entities must obtain explicit written permission from the Owner before using the Work beyond personal evaluation or standard modpack inclusion.

7. Ethical and Legal Use

The Work may not be used for unlawful activities, malware, scams, harassment, or malicious purposes.

The Owner reserves the right to deny permission for uses deemed harmful to the community or the reputation of the Work.

8. Permission Requests

Requests for permission should include:

• Intended use of the Work
• Whether monetization is involved
• Whether redistribution or modification is planned
• Whether the requester is an individual or organization

If no response is received from the Owner, permission should be considered denied.

9. Warranty and Liability

THE WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

THE OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WORK.

10. International Applicability

This license applies worldwide to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. License Version

This project is licensed under the Elementals Addon License (EAL) v1.0.

Future versions of this license may be published, but existing copies of the Work remain licensed under the version included with that release unless otherwise stated.
