Elemental Synergies 1.1.1 Beta 2

Note: This is still in beta, I'm just fixing something with the latest version of Cataclysm Spellbooks.

Changelog

Content:

- Removed Sub-School schools.
- All "sub school" spells are now in generic schools and not sub-schools.
   - "Sub school" spells still have their custom texture.

Technical:

- Changed items to use Item.Properties()
- Fixed weapons not having the correct attributes.
- Fixed issue with AbstractIgnisSpell
   - Ignis armor no longer uses that, instead, all ignis related spells are under a tag.
- Updated to use the latest version of Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
- Simplified how armor sets (excluding the depreciated sets) in ESItemRegistry were put in.
