Elemental Melons

Removed Worldgen completely until further notice.

Added new textures, YAY! :D

Added tooltips.

Melons now give a small amount of light, may be tweaked later down the line.

Reduced seed spawn.

Reduced the potion effect from lvl 2 to lvl 1.

Known bugs:
When breaking the crops, you don't get the seeds back.                                                                                                                                                   Crop blocks show up in NEI

Author's note about the textures:

The textures are basically cheap recolors of the original Minecraft textures, so they're not exactly spectacular or anything like that, and since I'm definitely not the greatist pixel artist ( I'm not a great artist in any way actually) I'm just hoping they'll pass as 'okay' XD"
