Elemental Gems Mod

+added Elemental Hoe and Elemental Shovel, plus the functionality I promised ;)

+fixed a bug where the game would freeze while trying to load a world-- this was likely due to the mod trying to collaborate with Tinker's Construct, so don't expect that tie-in anytime soon :(

+don't kill me, but all of the crafting recipes for the tools are different now, I will update the video shortly with the new ones
