This updated brings a more balanced spawn rate for all creepers and expanded effectiveness to Ice Creeper's explosion!
Changes:
- Changed all spawn rate numbers to make elemental creepers seen less often through the world;
- Re-added slowness effect to Ice Creeper's explosion;
- Updated logo to work with ModMenu.
