Feature

Added preventBindingSameSpellTwiceToWands setting (disabled by default). Controls whether to prevent binding the same spell to a wand multiple times (WinDanesz)
Added singleUseSpellBooks setting (disabled by default). Controls whether spell books are consumed when they are bound to a wand (WinDanesz)
Added damageTypePerElement setting (disabled by default). Pack makers now can implement support for .e.g Distinct Damage Definitions or other mods (WinDanesz)
Added a Clear button to the Arcane Workbench. Clicking it removes all spell bindings of the item in the center slot (WinDanesz)
 

Fix

- Allied spell casters of a player (owned by the player as an IEntityOwnable creature) now have their spells affect the player too where applicable. Previously spells like Group Heal casted by the NPC was not affecting the owner. (WinDanesz)
