Electric Self-balance Scooters

1.Added new item "Throwable Stick", which can be thrown out and stick the scooter XD.(And another way to stick the scooter is sneaking and right-clicking the scooter with a vanilla stick)

2.When the scooter is stuck, it smokes, and "The scooter is stuck" will be displayed in the bottom left corner. Once you try to start the scooter, it will explode!

3.To repair a stuck scooter, directly right-click the scooter when holding a wrench. And you will see "The scooter is fixed" in the bottom left corner.
