This is a mod heavily based on the game series Spark The Electric Jester.
Each hat in the mod has a skill on R, along with base stat buffs.
Destroying Robots will give you circuitry to create Jester Hats.
To get the SUPER Jester, find Flint and beat him for Combat Medals.
