El_Javi's Tazer Mod

Its a mod that just add a tazer similar to the Security Craft's tazer

You can use this mod in any modpack if you want, or do whatever you want, I don't care as long as you give me credits.

also this is my first mod and if you find some bug let me know and il try to solve it, i want to learn so dont be shy if you want to suggest something

This mod adds a Tazer to electrocute mobs and players it gives players and mobs the effect of nausea, blindness, slowness and mining fatigue for 7 seconds ant it have a cooldown of 12 secons
