Dimensions Update
Fixes:
Fixed bug with SMEB, it has electric board, so it was impossible to craft it without smeb.
Now Hammer has craft.
New: 
Delivery Horn - craft horn and order box with loot!
Loot for stone - now from stone you can get:
85% cobblestone
4.21% iron nugget
4.36% gold nugget
EiriCon - book about the mod. Crafts with 1 book, 2 gold and 6 papers. (Not finished yet)
Localized item names.
