Eidolon : Repraised

Yet another bugfix update as i have very little time to work on anything. Fixing the nasty progression and config bug that breaks the chant system and required /devotion try-fix for many. Fix ravens and slugs not breeding. Fix dupe bug with research table. Fix summon raven page not showing recipe. Adds tags to allow or deny mobs to be enthralled regardless of undead type Reduced spawnrate of stray towers. You can find a datapack copy of eidolon files on github to use as template to config stuff no more configurable with the classifc configs.
