Ancient Egypt brought back to life! This mod takes you back to the culture and architecture cultivated by the Egyptians. Explore the ancient pyramids and battle your way to defeating the Pharaoh and crown yourself the new king of Egypt.

General Information

Empty canopic jars can be crafted. Harvest organs from zombies with the Harvesting enchantment that you can get from the Ancient Egyptian villager.

You may find filled canopic jars in vanilla desert pyramids.

Mummies spawn in the Ancient Desert, which is also where you can find Papyrus Reeds growing in place of vanilla sugar cane.

Ritual Recipes

Standard setup is five pedestals in the following arrangement.

There are cleansing recipes and infusing recipes.

Note: the central item must be placed last to trigger the recipe

Cleansing Recipes

Cleansing recipes require one of each filled Canopic Jar variant on the surrounding pedestals.

Cleansing recipes have the ability to remove any curse enchantments off of books or equipment/armor in the game. Simply place the cursed item on the center pedestal and the cleansing will take place.

The other main use for cleansing is removing the curse that the Pharaoh's Crown contains upon slaying the Pharaoh. Simply surround the outer pedestals with the Canopic Jars as before, and place the crown in the middle

Infusing Recipes

Infusing recipes are a special type of crafting recipe that infuses the center item with the powers of the other ingredients.

Ankh Of Life

Harness eternal life with this item, by allowing up to 16 Totems of Undying to be stored in this single item, AND working from any vanilla inventory slot.

Recipe: Diamond, Nether Star, Wither Skeleton Skull and Netherite Ingot around the outer pedestals, and a Totem of Undying on the center.

Fill up the Ankh by crafting it with totems.

Egyptian Scrolls

Sun Strike Scroll: Fire Charge, 2 x Gold Nugget, Sunflower around the outer pedestals, Blank Egyptian Scroll on the center
