a material farely common in the bottoms of deep rivers,oceans and underground too. its a material FAR stronger then netherite it has INF durability and the armor makes you feel like a god

even though its common making any tools/armor out of it takes time to refine,purify and lastly make the ingot

now for the REFINING

first you get a axe,shovel and a door to help you breathe underwater...but why a axe? you may be asking whilst reading this...

to gather the gravel deposit you must use your axe to "strip" the gravel into searched deposit after that you mine it but you only get 1 powder... (to make one ingot you need like 210 powder btw) as you slowly grind your way 1...by 1 you decide its time to get diamonds and leave eggneum behind for now... when you got your diamond tools and pottentialy even netherite... when thats done go into the caves the ore seeks a Y level of -25 to -60 when you get enough powder make sure you craft all your refinery tools mainly the proccesor... when you get the proccesor first get as much powder as you can (reccomended atleast 500 to make 2 ingots) now inside your proccesor compress all your powder into compressed eggneum dust use that dust with the diamonds you got along the way with gunpowder (4 dust,4gunpowder and 1 diamond in the middle) now youve got your EGGNEUM CUBE use your furnace to melt and refine the eggneum cube into refined eggneum repeat that 4 times till you have 4 refined eggneum with that get regular deepslate not cobbled and craft a refined eggneum cube... now get 4 refined eggneum cubes and a block of gold to make the EGGNEUM BLOCK... use ur eggneum block crusher to crush it into SUPER CONDENSED EGGNEUM CUBE... with that cube put it into a blast furnace to start PURIFYINGafter your done blasting it you should have 90% pure eggneum now use the super purifier to make it 99.99% pure eggneum... but as you can see you lost most of your eggneums mass... that is because natural eggneum is most of it sludge or iron... now back to refining... with 3 99.99% pure eggneum you use them on a smithing table to make a purified eggneum semi-ingot now repeat till you have 2 eggneum semi-ingots now heat them up in a blast furnace so you get them nice and glowing red with those 2 put them in the smihting table + compressed eggneum powder to make your first ingot!! but how do you get the tools and armor?? you may be asking... its the same as netherite but instead of finding the template you craft it with 1 eggneum block 2 refined eggneum and lastly 2 diamonds to make 4... now grab your netherite tools (not armor)  and smith it with the template your ingot and the netherite tool... but how do you make armor... long story short... PAIN... to acctualy get it you need 3 INGOTS yes... T-H-R-E-E... 1 netherite ingot 2 blocks of lapis lazuli and the eggneum smithing template to make your armor plating... now with ur plating... grab your nethertie armor and platings with the eggneum smithing template to make your eggneum ARMOR...
