Effects Biomes 0.1.3 — Modpack Recipe Control
Added the shared enable_crafting_recipes option for modpack authors and server administrators.
Setting it to false disables all 118 Biome Decorations crafting recipes.
Recipe unlock advancements are also disabled, preventing recipes from appearing in the recipe book or recipe-viewer integrations.
Natural world generation, creative-tab items and visual effects remain fully functional.
Added automated coverage for every generated recipe and advancement.
Added direct Forge tests to verify recipes are correctly enabled or disabled.
