Fixed Blocks not having correct tool types

Made crystal nodes not explode anymore (theyre very hard to break now basically, but pistons can remove them easily)
Made crystal clusters (grown from nodes) not explode when walked through if not growing on the node (decorative uses now basically)
Made crystal clusters place-able on all axis
Added more block breaking conditions that will give crystals instead of nothing.
