What's new

Added
- Read-only mode for the config screen
- A mod logo, shown in the mods list
- English and Japanese translations — the screen used to show raw translation keys

- The server is now the only holder of the settings; the client sends back only what changed when the screen closes
- Persistent effects use infinite duration, keep their HUD icon, no particles
- The effect list is sorted by display name
- Only effects changed from vanilla are written to the config file
