+ Added a server config for the process time of the gold changer.
+ Added a cooldown for the buy button in the seller GUI. (Should no prevent duplicating buy when server is lagging).
+ Added a server config for the time of the seller button cooldown.
+ Added a server config for the duration of the redstone signal coming from the seller.
* Fixed the sound coming from the creation of a new credit card being displayed to everyone except the player creating the card.
+ Added logging feature in logs to track down every money changes made to an account (credit card adding or withdrawing money, seller buy, seller funds recovery, plots buy, gold exchange, command balance). They can be found easily in the logs by searching for [economyinc/].

1.6.9.4 - 1.17 Update

@ Updated to Minecraft 1.17, note that some features and bugs might be fixed in this version, but not in the version 1.6.9.4 for Minecraft 1.16
* Fixed a duplication glitch that would happen when you had an object in your offhand and you updated your card at the same time.
- Removed bills display for now in 1.17
- Removed the timer for the buy button due to changes in MC 1.17

Known issues :

/ Displaying an error server side that a craft exist for a non existent item (bills display)
/ No timer for buy button in the seller
/ Some localization are missing
