Quick bug fix update fixing a bug with nether fortress loot chests and balancing some mob spawns and loot tables.

Changes

• Changed nether fortress loot tables slightly
  • Decreased chances of enchanted golden apples and ancient debris
  • Slightly increased chance of rib armor trim smithing templates
• Decreased wither hound spawns from 3 at a time to 2 at a time
