Optional reconstruction on the Artificer's Workbench.
- If Artificer's Workbench is installed, Relic Reconstruction can restore empty ECHO from a Relic Core, a book, and an amethyst shard (gold 4, amethyst 4, diamond 1).
- Without the Workbench, ECHO is unchanged: still found empty in chests, never crafted at a crafting table.
- Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, client and server. Standalone; the Workbench is optional.
