What's new

Visual Improvements

  • Reworked the visuals of the Silence Iron Guardian's energy orb explosion; it now looks much more natural.

Balance Changes

  • Removed the immediate damage tick that occurred the moment Void Contamination was applied.
  • The evolution countdown from Lesser Infected to Ascended is now 20 seconds longer.
  • The Cystoid can now summon only 2 Void Mites at a time.

New Content

  • New creature: Voidbrood Spire Evolved from a Cystoid at Phase 3, or spawned as a rare replacement for Cystoids from Phase 4 onward.
    • A powerful summoner and long-range supporter, folding an endless void legion in through its wormholes.
    • It links with void creatures to greatly empower them; linked minions guard their leader to the death, and slip away when their health runs low — don't let it escape!
    • It comes with very cool visuals.
    • Its infection capability is several times that of the Cystoid, and it constantly resets to spread even further.
  • New mode: Counter Mode Other creatures now fight back against the void — designed for players who love multi-infection-mod warfare but struggle to keep it balanced.
