Description
This mod adds a new consumable item - Echo of Death. Using the item takes 1.5 seconds (configurable) and teleports you to the position you last died at, as pointed to by the vanilla Recovery Compass. It works across dimensions, too.
The recipe for Echo of Death takes four ender pearls and a recovery compass, though the recovery compass is not consumed in the recipe.
I made this mod for people like myself who have chronic skill issue, and are playing on a server where the others want to just a gravestone mod instead of full keepInventory.
No AI was used in the making of this project.
