ECHO: Lens 1.2.0 — Initial Release

First public release of the ECHO scanner HUD addon.

New Features
- Compact inspection HUD: look at any block, entity, or fluid for instant at-a-glance info.
- Expanded mode (hold Shift) for deeper local stats: block hardness, entity health, fluid state, machine status, and more.
- Server-assisted Deep Scan (hold Left Alt, configurable) requests public, verified rows through ECHO NetCore with status badges: Verified, Redacted, Unavailable, or Stale.
- Full client config: HUD position, offsets, scale, opacity, animation speed, reduced motion, max scan distance, visible data categories, and row limits per mode.
- Four built-in themes: ECHO Dark, Clean Minimal, Vanilla Compact, and Ashfall Hazard.
- Privacy-first by default: local scans stay client-side; Deep Scan respects server distance, rate limits, and protected-target redaction. Inventory contents are never exposed without policy config.
- Built-in providers for blocks, entities, fluids, machines, progression, integration status, and beginner hints.
- Provider registry API: other mods can register LensInfoSection contributors with categories, tones, visibility, and optional actions without hardwiring into Lens.
- Optional /echolens commands for operators (status, providers, validate) when debug commands are enabled.
- ECHO Index shortcuts: press R / U / T on target items for Recipes, Uses, or Tracking when ECHO Index is installed.
- Optional integrations: ECHO Terminal (settings & diagnostics), ECHO RenderCore (screen chrome & visual profiles), ECHO MissionCore (scan side-ops), and ECHO RuntimeGuard (performance budgets).
