Ecentrix's Just A Few More Commands

Adds a few more commands to make the vanilla experience much better!

Overview

Time commands:

/day  - Set time to day    x

Weather commands:

Spawn commands:

Player commands:

/tpall - Teleports all players to you    x
/kickall <none, reason> Kick all players from server    x
/broadcast  <message> Broadcast message to all players     x
/endch <none, targetPlayer> Open your or other players enderchest    x
/suicide <targetPlayer> Suicide other players    x
/heal <none, targetPlayer>  Heal yourself or other players    x
/gm <0,1,2,3> <none, targetPlayer> Change gamemode to yourself or others    x
/fly <none, targetPlayer> Change flying to yourself or others     x
/god <none, targetPlayer> Enable or disable player god mode    x
/hat  - Put item in hand as hat    x
