fixed some gauntlet render bugs

Breaking Change: Users updating to this version need to reset the knightmetal equip sound config entry or the following fix won't work
twilight forest changed there knight metal armor sound resource location which caused knightmetal gauntlets to crash the game when equiped

fixed possible Config load order issue that could randomly cause a crash
