Ebon Arts

-Added new ore generation for the End! You can now find Necrocite,
Soularite, Ebonheart, and Ebon Ores.
-Changed the name of "Draconium" to "Draconite". There was too much
confusion when using the mod Draconic Evolution.
-All "Draconite" blocks will now have a soft glow, same as the Ore the
material is mined from.
-Rewrote the configs. There is now a min/max range for Ore densities.
The new Necrocite, Soularite, Ebonheart, and Ebon Ores for the end have
been added to the config.
-Added a config option to turn off the crafting of my three storage
blocks; Leather Block, Paper Block, and Sugar Cane Block. Defaults to
enabled.

-Made an adjustment to fix players in creative from getting a slab with the wrong meta value from using the mmb.  Could be fixed now.  Let me know!
