New modversion for 1.21.1 NeoForge.
You can now create "scrap of leather" in the smoker and campfire as well.
Also you can now turn phantom membrane into "scrap of leather". If you use phantom membrane, you get 2 "scrap of leather" out of 1 membrane.
We also changed the texture, so it more looks like a step between rotten flesh and leather.
