Easycraft Zenith Rebalancing and Things

This update does 4 things

• Compresses some rei interfaces such as anvil repair and enchanting items, along with smithing templetes, so they all stack together instead of being seperate. This should help reduce loading times at the start.
• Reworks Explorers Compass searching so it is faster, has unlimited range, and much more efficient.
• Allows the Explorers Compass to add map waypoints when you search for a structure
• Small rework to chunk loading so its a bit better when traveling in a straight line. Not big but a small improvement.
