Easy Silk Touch Spawners
Simply; Silk Touch and place Spawners outside of Creative mode. Server-side or single player plugin.
Supremely simple mod. Allows players to Silk Touch mob spawners and place them without using creative mode.

Intended for Server-side use, clients do not need to download. Can also be used in Single Player.
Should be safe to add to any modpack, and should not create any conflicts. I was able to minimize the code to about 4KB in total - very little room for conflict.
