Easy Sanity

A lightweight sanity mechanic mod for Minecraft. Adds a mental health system that reacts to your environment, turning survival into more than just health and hunger.

Features

• Sanity meter — a new bar on your HUD tracking your mental state alongside health and hunger
• Environmental effects — sanity drops when you spend too long in darkness, underground, or near hostile mobs
• Recovery — sanity restores over time when you're in the light, near other players, or resting
• Consequences — low sanity triggers negative effects (debuffs, visual/audio distortion, or other penalties)
• Simple and configurable — no bloat, easy to tweak via config file

Installation

1. Install NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1
2. Download Easy Sanity
3. Place the .jar file in your mods folder
4. Launch the game

Compatibility

Works standalone. No known conflicts with common performance/optimization mods.
